Serves 4
1. Add onion and pepper to skilled and heat over medium-high heat.
2. Before onion and pepper start to brown (after about 3 minutes), add beef and salt.
3. Cook, stirring to break up lumps, until beef is browned but not fully cooked.
4. Stir in tomato sauce and rest of ingredients (but no buns!)
5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
6. Pour over the buns.
7. Eat with potato chips and pickles.
