Makes 48 pizzelles
1. Beat egg, add sugar gradually, then add melted butter and flavorings.
2. Mix baking powder with flour and gradually add to the mixture.
3. Follow instructions on pizzelle iron. Pizzelle should be light in color.
For a Cucina Pro pizzelle maker, each pizzelle takes a heaping teaspoon of dough, cooked for 70 to 90 seconds (shorter over the course of the batch as the pizzelle maker gets hotter).
