Overnight Proats

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cups of protein powder
  • 1/4 cups of instant oats
  • 1/4 cups of greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 1/4 cups of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 7 chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp of pomegranate seeds

Directions

Mix ingredients in a small (~10 oz) jar:

1. Mix protein powder and milk, stir well.

2. Add oats, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon.

3. Add chocolate chips and berries.

Let sit in fridge overnight, or 24 hours for best results.
