Overnight Proats

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/3 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cups of protein powder
  • 1/4 cups of instant oats
  • 1/4 cups of greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 1/4 cups of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 7 chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp of pomegranate seeds

Directions

Mix ingredients in a small (~10 oz) jar:

1. Mix protein powder and milk, stir well

2. Add yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon

3. Add chocolate chips and berries
