Extremely Easy Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of broccoli slaw (pre-shredded bag)
  • 1 dash of rice vinegar
  • guacamole
  • olive oil
  • tortilla
  • battered shrimp (I get the gluten-free frozen ones from TJs)
  • 1 Tbsp of thai chili sauce (also available at TJs)
  • 1 Tbsp of sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise

Directions

1. Pour olive oil into a pan. Turn heat to medium-high.

2. Place the frozen shrimp in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

3. While the shrimp is cooking, mix chili sauce, sriracha, and mayo.

4. Dress broccoli slaw in the rice vinegar.

5. Once the shrimp are finished cooking, coat them in the sauce.

6. Assemble!

Optional: Heat up your tortilla(s) while shrimp is cooking.
