Mashed Potatoes

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 lb of potato
  • 8 ounce of cream cheese (philadelphia)
  • 1/2 cups of butter
  • milk
  • salt
  • black pepper

Directions

1. Peel potatoes.

2. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.

3. Add cream cheese, butter, and milk. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.

4. Add salt and pepper.
